Laser Tatoo Reduction in Hyderabad

You don’t need to regret your tattoo anymore. Q switched lasers can remove tattoos effectively and permanently. Multi-colored tattoos may require different lasers’ wavelengths to clear the ink. Some colors like red and yellow may require more sessions.

How does a laser work?

A laser emits specific energy that is absorbed by the tattoo particles and heats them. These particles break into smaller fragments and are cleared by the body’s natural scavenging cells in the next few weeks. Different colored pigments may need lasers of different wavelengths. Amateur tattoos clear faster than professional tattoos. In a professional tattoo, the amount of ink is dense and in deep layers of your skin. Bright and mixed colors may not absorb much laser energy and may take a longer time to clear.

What is the procedure, and how long does it take?

After cleaning the area, we will apply a numbing cream and retain it for an hour. A laser beam will be passed over the tattoo. Depending on the size of the tattoo, it may take 15 mins to an hour. Sometimes we may do a second pass or include another laser depending on the pigment’s colors and depth.

Is the procedure painful?

You will feel a sense of warmness during the procedure. Later, you may experience slight pain and burning sensation for a few hours.

Are there any side effects?

There may be a temporary redness. But, that will reduce in a couple of hours. Blisters may occur when the ink is intense and high energies are used. Scarring does not occur if the procedure is performed with a trained dermatologist who chooses a well-approved laser, the appropriate wavelength, and the right amount of energy.

When can I see the result, and how many sessions are required?

You can see the lightening of the color in 6-8 weeks. It takes multiple sessions for Colette clearance. About 6-10 sessions may be required depending on the amount of pigment and its depth.
