Radiofrequency Skin Tightening
Radiofrequency or RF treatment is the latest procedure for enhancing skin tone. This is a non-ablative procedure with little or no downtime. Using safe radiofrequency waves, RF reduces facial lines and tightens the skin.

How does radiofrequency work?
Sagging or poor skin tone occurs due to the loss of elasticity below the skin’s surface. Therefore, cosmetic procedures addressing these issues must penetrate past the skin’s epidermis to positively affect the deeper dermis to improve skin tone, wrinkles, and scar visibility.
The biggest challenge has been to preserve the superficial layers of the skin while targeting the deeper layers. Radiofrequency does the same by heating the deeper collagen fibers without damaging the skin’s upper layers. It rebuilds damaged collagen networks and increases collagen production.
How many treatments will I need?
The exact number of treatments needed depends on the area being treated, the extent of damage, and skin type. On average, about 4 treatments are recommended, about 3-4 weeks apart, to see optimal results.
When can I expect to see results?
Your skin will start looking tighter after 4-6 weeks. Collagen remodeling will continue beyond that for the next few months. You can expect Best results around 4 months after treatment.
Is the RF treatment painful?
RF is one of the least painful treatment and is a perfect option for skin rejuvenation. Some patients might feel a slightly warm and stinging sensation. For individuals with low tolerance to pain, we will apply a numbing cream before the procedure.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects to this treatment are exceedingly rare. There might be some redness for a day or two or temporary darkening or patterning on the treated skin.
Is there any downtime?
No downtime! You can carry on with your daily activities.
